Leuchars St Athernase -  Services Condition Survey

Callidus Design was appointed by Congregational Board of St Athernase Church to carry out a condition survey of the existing electrical and heating installations at the Church with a view to the modifications which will be required to support the planned refurbishment and remodelling.

Leuchars St Athernase Church has embarked on an ambitious Regeneration Project which will attend to significant structural repairs and see the precious church fit for the 21st Century and beyond. The church is the best preserved Romanesque Parish Church in Scotland and the Regeneration Project will result in the church being accessible 7 days a week and will offer the local community and visitors alike, well-resourced flexible spaces to utilise.

The surveys of the electrical and the heating systems will provide a target list of works required to keep the systems in a serviceable condition and allow preparation to be made for their alteration and expansion to support the planned regeneration works.
